About Promise Academy
Promise Academy is a Day Program and a Transitions School for individuals with Special Needs.
We coordinate directly with TRE and provide the following services:
DD/SLS Waivers (18 and up)
- Supported Community Connections
-Special Habilitation
CES Waivers (under 18)
-Community Connector
Non-Medical Transportation
(To/From Promise Academy and daily activities)
Pre-Vocational Services
Supported Employment
